Lonesome Cowboy

(Words & music by Sid Tepper - Roy C. Bennett)

Elvis Movie "Charro" (1969

"Charro" is a serious Western - not a comedy - and Elvis doesn't sing
a song except for the title tune that is heard over the opening titles.
Elvis plays Jess Wade, a former member of a criminal gang, who has now
turned his back to his past and is on good track.

The gang members won't
let go of him that easy though, branding his neck and making him to be
falsely accused of stealing a Mexican war cannon.
Elvis tries to make things right.
