I Can See an Angel (ICSaA61) is a joint venture of anonymous Patsy Cline fans west of the Mississippi River committed to perpetuating the memory of Patsy Cline through the establishment of a Patsy Cline Museum in Winchester, Virginia USA. In the fall of 2000 Patsy Cline was named country radio's "Greatest Female Artist of the 20th Century" by Radio & Records Magazine. "Patsy Cline's Greatest Hits" is listed in the 2005 Edition of the Guinness Book of World Records for having the record for the most weeks on the US Charts for an album by a female artist: 722 weeks total, with 251 of them at # 1.
